Our central location puts us just 2 miles away from the UVA Medical Center, making it easy for you to get to work quickly and conveniently.

Our apartments feature a 55" Smart TV, a queen bed, and a fully equipped kitchen, so you can cook your own meals if you prefer. Laundry facilities are available on-site for your convenience.  Off Street parking is included. 

We understand that pets are an important part of your life, which is why we consider pets on a case-by-case basis with an additional pet rent of $50/month and an additional $500 deposit.

Qualifications: We require an application - $45 per adult (18 and over).  Our criteria is a 650 credit score, a clean background check, and proof of employment/income.  Alternatively, we are happy to work directly with corporate HR departments to coordinate a stay.  Upon Acceptance: Lease must be signed, and deposit paid within 48 hours of acceptance. A months rent will be due upon move-in.
